Check the USB receiver:
Ensure it is securely plugged into your computer and try different USB ports. Your computer should have an alert sound after plugging in the receiver; if there is no alert sound or the device is not shown under the device page under settings, the receiver might be defective. In such case, please kindly contact customer service for assistance.
Distance and Obstacles:
Make sure the keyboard is within range and there are minimal obstacles between the keyboard and the receiver.
Interference:
Move other electronic devices away from the receiver to reduce interference.
Battery:
Ensure the keyboard is not out of battery.
Re-pairing:
In case when receiver re-paring is needed, unplug the receiver first, switch on the keyboard, press Fn + F5 to switch to 2.4 GHz mode, press and hold Fn + F5 and wait until F5 starts flashing quickly, then plug in the receiver to your computer. The paring should be completed in a few seconds.
BT Connection:
BT Settings:
Ensure BT is enabled on your device and the keyboard is turned on. Press Fn + F1/F2/F3/F4 to select a spot for the device that you would like to pair with. Press and hold Fn + F1/F2/F3/F4 and wait until the key starts flashing quickly (pairing mode), then add the device to your device. Key in the verification numbers to complete the pairing.
